What data we process

- Google Ads account data that authorised Operator Ventures staff and contractors access via the Google Ads API using OAuth 2.0 — for internal advertising management, analytics and reporting.
Use of OAuth and Google Ads API data
Operator Ventures uses the Google Ads API and OAuth 2.0 authorisation solely for internal management of our own and client advertising campaigns, reporting automation and performance monitoring. Data obtained through the Google Ads API is used only for these purposes.
We do not sell data
We do not sell or share data obtained through the Google Ads API with third parties for marketing or any purpose unrelated to providing our own services.
Who has access to the data
Access to Google Ads data and associated OAuth credentials is limited to authorised Operator Ventures staff and contractors who need it to perform their duties. OAuth credentials, API keys and access tokens are never published or shared with third parties.
Data storage and protection
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect processed data against unauthorised access, alteration or disclosure.
Your rights: access and deletion requests
If you would like to request access to, or deletion of, data we hold about you, please email support@operatorventure.uk. We will review and respond to your request within a reasonable time.
